A commercial office completed in 2017 consisted of a large Lutron Homeworks QS lighting control system and commercial AV to facilitate video conferencing.

A very intense build with a target 6-month program beginning with stripping out the entire building and starting again from scratch. There was an initial concept design but due to timeframes the design was adapted and developed along the way. With new requests being presented as the project was ongoing.

Our focus was the Lutron lighting system with most of the lighting being DALI controlled and small number of adaptive circuits for decorative and feature lighting. We used palladiom keypads in glass for that elegant look which was fitting as this office was like no other and no expense was spared with the quality of finishing. We used a mix of black and white glass depending on the ascetics of each area. All rooms were fitted out with Lutron Sivoia QS shades and integrated into the Homeworks QS system. The boardroom switch glass was also integrated to allow easy switch between transparency and opaque avoiding the need for additional controls with engraved buttons on the palladiom keypad.

One of the more demanding projects we have worked on but rewarding none the less.
